1. About Voices of Heaven™

Voices of Heaven™ provides professional music therapy services.

The information provided on this website is intended to provide general information about Voices of Heaven™ and its services.

2. Music Therapy Services

Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute individual clinical, medical, psychological or other professional advice.

Information provided on the website should not be relied upon as a substitute for individual assessment or advice from an appropriately qualified health professional.

The suitability, goals, frequency and nature of music therapy services will be determined according to the individual circumstances of each client.

3. Service Agreements

Where a client engages Voices of Heaven™ to provide music therapy services, additional terms may apply through a signed Service Agreement, consent documentation or other written agreement.

Where there is an inconsistency between these website Terms and Conditions and a client’s Service Agreement in relation to the provision of music therapy services, the Service Agreement will apply to the extent of that inconsistency.

4. NDIS Services

Voices of Heaven™ may provide services to eligible NDIS participants.

The availability of NDIS funding for a particular service depends on the participant’s individual plan, funding arrangements and applicable NDIS requirements.

Information about NDIS pricing, support items or funding provided on this website is general information only and may change when NDIS rules or pricing arrangements are updated.

Participants and their representatives remain responsible for understanding their NDIS plan and ensuring sufficient funding is available for agreed services.

Applicable service fees and NDIS arrangements will be outlined in the participant’s Service Agreement or otherwise agreed before services are provided.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be communicated before services are provided and may be set out on the website, booking information, invoice or Service Agreement.

Payment arrangements may vary depending on whether services are privately funded, self-managed, plan-managed or funded through another arrangement.

Invoices must be paid in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice or applicable Service Agreement.

Voices of Heaven™ may update service fees from time to time. Where required, clients or their representatives will be informed of applicable changes before the new fee is charged.

6. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability.

Cancellation and non-attendance fees may apply in accordance with the cancellation policy agreed with the client and, for NDIS-funded services, applicable NDIS requirements.

The applicable cancellation arrangements are set out in the client’s Service Agreement or booking information.

Voices of Heaven™ may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where this occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the client or their representative and arrange an alternative appointment.

7. Provider Travel

Where travel is required to provide services, provider travel charges may apply.

For NDIS-funded services, provider travel will be charged only where agreed with the participant or their representative and where permitted under the applicable NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

Further details regarding provider travel are contained in the client’s Service Agreement.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Personal and health information collected by Voices of Heaven™ is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable privacy legislation and relevant professional obligations.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, stored and protected.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website — including text, graphics, branding, logos, downloadable resources, photographs, videos and other original material — is owned by or licensed to Voices of Heaven™ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website content may be viewed and printed for personal, non-commercial use.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from Voices of Heaven™, except where permitted by law.

10. Website Availability and Accuracy
