5. Children and Participants Requiring a Representative
Many Voices of Heaven™ clients are children or participants who have a parent, guardian, nominee or other authorised representative involved in their services.
Where appropriate, consent may be obtained from an authorised parent, guardian, nominee or representative.
Voices of Heaven™ will seek to respect the client’s views, preferences, dignity and participation in decisions about their services to the extent appropriate to their age, circumstances and capacity.
6. Photographs, Audio and Video Recordings
Photographs, audio recordings or video recordings will only be collected or used in accordance with the consent provided by the client or their authorised representative.
Consent for clinical or therapeutic recording does not automatically constitute consent for promotional, marketing, research or public presentation purposes.
Separate consent will be obtained where required for uses outside the purposes originally agreed to.

7. Storage and Security
Voices of Heaven™ takes reasonable steps to protect personal and sensitive information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
